Lil Ninjas BJJ (ages 5–7)

In our Lil Ninjas class, the focus is on building foundational self-defense skills while making the experience fun and engaging. This class is designed to teach children essential techniques, such as how to protect themselves on the ground, and use leverage to defend themselves against larger opponents, all in a safe and supportive environment.

Through games and playful drills, children learn to build coordination, balance, and confidence, all while practicing respect and discipline. The emphasis is on making the training enjoyable, so kids stay motivated while also gaining the tools to feel empowered in real-world situations. It’s a dynamic blend of learning and play that helps children develop both their physical and mental strength.

Youth BJJ (ages 8–11)

In our Youth Brazilian Jiu-Jitsu class, kids not only learn valuable self-defense skills to protect themselves from bullies, they also have a blast while doing it. The class focuses on building confidence through technique, teaching students how to stay calm under pressure and use leverage instead of strength to stay safe.

In drills and partner exercises students learn how to escape holds, defend against grabs, and use their voice assertively—all in a supportive and energetic environment. The mix of discipline, teamwork, and fun keeps them engaged, while helping them grow into strong, respectful, and bully-proof individuals.

Teen BJJ (ages 12–16)

In the Teens class, the mats come alive with energy as students between the ages of 12 and 16 practice techniques with focus and intensity. Under the guidance of a seasoned instructor, students learn and refine submission holds, escapes, and positional control.

The atmosphere balances discipline with camaraderie, where mutual respect is key and every roll ends with a handshake or fist bump. As the students develop both skill and confidence, they not only become stronger grapplers but also build resilience, patience, and humility on and off the mats.

Youth and Teen Muay Thai (ages 10–15)

Our Youth & Teen Muay Thai class offers a dynamic and empowering environment where students not only learn the fundamentals of the “Art
of Eight Limbs” but also build confidence, discipline, and physical fitness. Tailored for ages typically ranging from 10 to 15, these classes focus
on proper technique in a safe, supportive setting.

Instructors emphasize respect, self-control, and perseverance, making it a great outlet for energy and a positive way to develop focus and resilience. Whether beginners or more advanced, students gain valuable self-defense skills while becoming part of a strong, encouraging community.
